Love’s Travel Stops Brings 80 New Jobs and Truck Parking to Wyoming

OKLAHOMA CITY, September 13, 2018 - Love's Travel Stops (Love's) is now serving Customers in Laramie, Wyoming, thanks to the opening of a new travel stop today. The store, located at 1770 McCue St. (near the intersection of Interstate 80 and Curtis), adds 80 new jobs to Laramie County and 82 truck parking spaces.

"We're excited to add another location to the state of Wyoming," said Tom Love, founder and executive chairman of Love's. "Laramie is the perfect spot for us to expand as it's a popular trade route for professional drivers heading north from Denver."

The more than 10,000-square-foot facility is open 24/7 and has a Carl's Jr. for Customers to enjoy. The location also offers brand-name snacks, gourmet coffee, Fresh to Go options, fountain drinks, electronics and more. Professional drivers can take advantage of 82 truck parking spots, laundry facilities, seven showers and a Love's Truck Tire Care center.

In honor of the grand opening, Love's will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 26 in conjunction with the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance. During the ceremony, Love's will make a $2,000 donation to Laramie High School and the University of Wyoming.
